Development in question: The feminist perspective.

Feminist thought has expressed forceful criticism of the economistic and reductionist idea of development that sidelines social equity and individual and collective wellbeing as the economy’s ultimate objectives. One of feminism’s main contributions is its analysis of the crisis in the social organization of care.
